Your follow-up appointment is where we review your personalized treatment plan in detail and go over any lab results together. We’ll discuss targeted supplementation, nutrition, and lifestyle adjustments to support you over the coming months with clarity and confidence.
Subsequent Appointments
This visit takes place after 2–4 months of implementing your treatment plan, giving us time to assess meaningful changes. We’ll review updated testing, evaluate how the plan is working for you in real life, and thoughtfully adjust the next steps to keep you moving forward.
